As an African psychologist I recognize the power of our spirituality. Our mental health is inextricably tied to our connection with ourselves, our environment and the people we encounter. My mission is to empower the melanated across the diaspora through learning our history, addressing relevant events and manifesting our true spiritual power through reconnecting with nature, ourselves and each other.
