Food is such a huge part of our life! We spend many many hours over the course of our lives feeding and fueling our bodies. Ashley does a great job of taking that experience and turning it into something fun, authentic and with genuine concern for her audience. She explores not only food, but our relationships with our bodies as well, and has done an incredible job designing a safe space to explore that.

Ashley is a great host that provides valuable information for individuals trying to take control of their health. Episode 47 is a great example where she talks about how to recognize of your diet is failing you. If your hangry, that leads to unnecessary stress. If you’re claiming more pills/ powders than real food, your diet isn’t serving you. Overall a great podcast.

Ashley shares quality health and nutrition information in a clear, down-to-earth manner. As a listener, I can tell that she genuinely wants to connect with people and encourage them to take control of their own health. The guest interviews are interesting and presented in a fun, accessible style. Great podcast!

The hosts are funny, informative, and encouraging. Feel like I’m chatting with my girlfriends when I listen. Inspired to be healthy! Thanks for doing this podcast!
