The Sphera Winery is unique in the Israeli wine landscape in that all of its wines are white and mainly from the winery’s vineyards in the Ella Valley area. Winemaker Doron Rav Hon, who in his youth drank mostly Coke, talks about his studies in France, his work as a winemaker at the Ella Winery, and the founding of the Sphera Winery together with his wife Sima, who manages the winery.
