Dr. Rafi Grossglick, Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sociology and Anthropology at Ben-Gurion University. His research deals with the anthropology and sociology of food and agriculture; globalization; consumption; environment and society; nutrition-science-technology; and popular culture.
