Today's episode is inspired by many days of feeling exhausted, frustrated, and irritated by my very curious 10.5-month-old. This is a simple meditation to give you a few moments to breathe and reset in the midst of chaotic momming days. Body Scan Meditation
This week's episode we take the time to bring our bodies into a restful state with a body scan meditation. This is a great meditation to do when you're needing rest and can be beneficial to do prior to bed.
