Mind on Matters is podcast crafted by two friends of over 20 years for people who are looking to explore real, non-divisive life, self improvement and love advice surrounding everyday issues that we all face. Coach Keshia is our resident certified Life Coach who will bring an unfiltered point of view on just about everything. J Optiks is our aspiring uncertified philosopher and Love Coach who brings the humor and need to psychoanalyze just about everything. Our show is intended on asking compelling questions about life, love and the pursuit of a happy, enriched state of being…mixed in with a little culture, social commentary and liquor of course. We give our unique perspectives based on life experiences and  passionate interest such as philosophy, mental health and spirituality.
