For some of New York City’s most successful residents, Dean Faiello became a sought-after dermatologist. He had good looks, a ton of money, and was able to charm just about anyone. But, after he was busted for using prescriptions to fund his own drug habit, it was revealed that he was never even a doctor in the first place, and was using hazardous equipment to perform cosmetic surgeries he didn’t understand. Amidst all of this, one of his patients, 35-year-old Maria Cruz, went missing. What followed was a web of lies, even more fraud, and a disturbing discovery hidden inside the concrete of his old home.
