Men have been pushed to believe they are alone in dealing with their struggles in silence. The MHEN2 (Men Have Emotional Needs Too) podcast is here to change that. In this podcast, a group of high school guys discuss a variety of different mental health-related topics with a mission to help spread awareness, reduce the stigma, and give guidance to those struggling with it.
