Mark Hershberg is the author of Career Toolkit: Essential Skills for Success That No One Taught You. He is the CTO of Stynt, an innovative, tech-driven healthcare staffing platform that enables clinicians and hiring facilities to connect and transact directly. Mark has spent his career launching and developing ventures in start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and academia. At MIT, he helped launch the Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program, also known as the “career success accelerator." At the Harvard Business School, he created a financial education platform used in prominent business schools. Mark completed his Bachelor of Science in Physics, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT, where he also currently serves as an instructor.

Mark joins us today to discuss accelerating your and your employees’ careers. He provides insight on current trends in the job market and job seekers’ perception of work.
