In my travels as a coach, I work with people on a wide range of issues including success, mindset, inner game, and spirituality. I also encounter people fighting depression, anxiety, and many other kinds of mental health issues. In my years working with people through these issues, I’ve observed that conventional medication and therapies alone don’t always work. Still, I delved deeper because I wanted to help people do everything they could to be better.
