About Speaker: Mandeep Gill is the co-founder of Labour Law Advisor. What began as an ordinary YouTube channel back in 2016 has now grown into a brand with over 1.6 million+ subscribers on YouTube and about 200k on other social media platforms. He along with Rishabh Jain (IITB Alum) started Labour Law Advisor with an aim to simplify complex labour laws and various benefits of social security schemes for the Indian working class who were otherwise oblivious to the same. At some point in 2018 Mandeep started to realise the ugly truths of his household’s financial condition and identified the root causes for the same. While he decided to work towards setting things right, he realised that there are millions of families going through the same and at that point, he made it a mission to educate as many people on personal finance as possible and prevent them from losing what his family had already lost, time. He started creating content on personal finance under the same brand name as the audience he was trying to reach was the Indian working class. He calls his community, JagrukJanta.  Before being known as a full-time YouTuber, Mandeep wore multiple hats and sometimes, more than one at a time. A fitness consultant and writer, an educational blogger, a salesman, and a freelance photographer, filmmaker & editor.
