About Speaker: Nancy Ekpezu is currently the Lead Consultant and Trainer of Pezu Smith Consulting. Nancy has spoken at several reputable platforms within Nigeria and beyond, including a TEDx Talk. In 2018, she was nominated for an award by the prestigious Arc Lights Foundation for Education Advancement in Africa for her contribution to the development of education in Nigeria. In 2020, she was named a Global Educational Influencer by the Excelligent Group in Asia, and in 2021 she was featured among 100 Admired People in Education.  Nancy has a passion to see organisations in Nigeria and West Africa function effectively with proper processes and procedures for productivity and sustainability. So, she trains and coaches school administrators and managers. She is the author of the book Dear Educator which was published in May 2019.
