She is credited with having led the largest R&D initiatives ever undertaken in India, building a formidable repository of constructivist educational content and disruptive teaching systems, and created proprietary Learning Systems for pedagogic excellence adopted by hundreds of schools in India. Dr Rana has authored over 900 curriculum textbooks in her illustrious career span and has also been instrumental in setting up more than 50 plus brick-and-mortar schools in the country. She was titled the Gem of India in the year 2017 and has won several national and international awards for her exemplary work.
