Dr. Hilary Mandzik is a mom to three young children so she understands that parenthood can be wonderful and amazing and full of joy while at the same time, it can be really, really hard. After working as a Licensed Psychologist with children and families in therapeutic settings for fifteen years, the life transition to becoming a mother gave a new life to her career.
Motherhood compelled her to expand her work to include support for new parents. She earned a Certificate in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International, which provided her with specialized knowledge and training to more effectively support new parents who are struggling.
