The massacre at Robb Elementary School has left me feeling sad, angry and paralyzed with helplessness. I feel flooded by emotion, stuck in anxiety and completely ineffective. To help me get through, process and gain clarity on how I can be a part of the solution, I am practicing a simple meditation practice to bring me out of my head and into my body. This practice clears out anxious thoughts so that I can see a path before me.
