In order for anything to grow and develop, you need the proper environment. Tomatoes don't grow in Antarctica, and Maple trees don't grow in the ocean.

And, unfortunately, we don't live in an environment that is conducive to the development of genuine mental health for the majority of the human race. Of course, some humans will be able to do it, but for the majority of us, the soil is just not fertile - unless you know how to make it fertile.
