- E1: Panic when "they're not even trying to understand me" (also triggered in our last convo)
- E2: Sullen and shut down when nothing is good enough
- Ps: The parade of anxious ones. "Don't know how to give space"
- P: Perhaps the biggest boss(?), Frustration, who pushes past anxious parts when important shit needs to get done. Thinks she's 18.
🎓 What I'd like to do differently:
Our last convo 2 months ago involved a rupture between us, and we hadn't really talked it through till this morning over text. That went well. But we both had parts anxious about talking today.
Rosie followed up: "Was able to make contact with the one in a panic about not being understood, and tell her I’m sorry no one understood her, and not only were her needs not met, but she was rejected for even trying/expressing. I really understood the experience and impact of that for her as an infant. She received my understanding and love. Not sure how to unburden but it was good"
