🔸 Gaby's a psychologist who works with kids, but has not tried IFS. We move pretty quick.

🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

• rejection of her parents
•  - feels hot, angry 
• - afraid of the pain of love not being returned 
• - rather be giving more love, and inwardly 
• - thinks she’s 9 
• - needs acknowledgement, to be listened to
  

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:
I recently learned some techniques for staying in touch w parts, but I’m still hesitant about getting coach-y, assigning homework. So when I'm asked, I typically defer (to the part) and just hope they call again so we can address how it went. What do you think, am I being overly cautious?
