Link Age - Let's Talk meets the real East Enders to hear their vibrant stories from East London through the years.  LinkAge Plus is an organisation providing a whole host of wellbeing-focussed activities for older people in East London. They do everything; from ballet to darts to computer lessons. Through the lens of the 'five ways to wellbeing' the podcast discusses these programmes with both the people who have driven them and the people who take part. This podcast is filled with golden anecdotes and tangible advice to tempt all generations to prioritise their wellbeing. Join us every other Thursday for a new episode!

Episode Two: Staying Active with Dancing East
In this episode we look at the first of the five ways to wellbeing: being active. Laura Harvey, Head of Creative Programmes at the English National Ballet, tells about their community driven outreach approach and the many benefits of Dancing East, dance classes for older people. We then meet John Sadaful who is a longstanding participant of Dancing East.
