First part of the year people go at 100 mph without taking time to properly plan and assess what, where and how they want to accomplish goals
-They burnout quick because of lack of properly planned rest and reflection periods
-learn to stop breath and take time to review accomplishments not just failures
-find points to improve or completely remove
-everyone needs time to play just as hard as they work if they are actually putting in the work

-schedule breaks frequently
-make the break just as big or bigger than the work for the goal
