This is my first EVER solo cast, and I am feeling every bit excited and nervous. In this episode, I tell my journey with sports, specifically basketball, and the ways in which I’ve seen a toxic sport mentality harm my mental state and prevented me from being my best self and living my best life. Disclaimer: I love sports and think they teach you so much beyond the game. Basketball is a huge passion of mine, and I don’t think that will ever change.
