Episode 3: Hope and Resilience in Today's World

Life has two parts: what we hope for and what gets in the way. This podcast seeks to reach LDS members who are in search of hope in order to gain a new perspective.  With use of "thought" tools, we more clearly navigate what we CAN fully control: what we choose to think, feel, and do in this life--even with autoimmune illness-- and why. The dawning of hope is just one thought away.
