This week we're talking about gratitude. Practicing gratitude helps to bring us into the present moment, as we focus our attention on all the good in our lives.
It is a practice, and it doesn’t always come easily. As humans, we have a tendency to notice what is ‘wrong’ or not working in our lives. Our egos look for reasons to be offended or to confirm negative thoughts such as “everything always goes wrong for me”, and so on.
In this episode I share my own gratitude practice, how it has evolved and how having a daily practice has changed the way I think and respond to my experiences. I hope you enjoy! xx
I’ve also created a free gratitude worksheet download. This is aimed at helping you to get started with your own gratitude practice. Get the download at kindfulco.com/podcast/episode15
