In this episode, Kier reasons with her Rastafarian cousin Travis about modern-day spirituality, religion, growing locs, the challenges associated with evolving as a spiritual being in the physical reality, passionately pursuing purpose in the presence of children, family, and community and much more. The episode is introduced by the revolutionary sounds of Dre Island and Chronixx from a track called "Days of Stone" released on Dre's debut 2020 album, reminding us that the clock is constantly ticking and change must emerge from these oppressive times, for it was written.
A touchy topic indeed, we were cautious to share our own personal experiences and lowpoints to keep this conversation as neutral as possible while still upholding our individual truths. In these times of violent spiritual warfare, where the masses are under attack and risk of mental infiltration by the media, the ruling class and society's various institutions, this episode can be used as a resource for enlightenment, confirmation, and comfort to those who are finding it hard to discern truth from lies on this manic matrix we call earth throughout the period of the refinement, evolution, and healing of our souls, minds, and hearts from generational pain and suffering.
Take it easy on yourself, constantly seek yourself and knowledge about your strengths, weaknesses, and healing. as God's creation, we glorify and embody His image. So all the answers you need on this journey can be found within. The hardest part of any journey is to start. The Universe, Elohim God, Jah, Christ, Allah, Self, or whoever you pray to, will provide you with the tools you need to complete each step in exciting, nerve-racking, deep, loving ways.
Please nurture the King or Queen that lies within you.

This second episode is dedicated to a topic that is extremely close to my heart. Education is a multidimensional topic that starts with the knowledge of self! Institutionalized education is a necessity, yet it is viewed as an extremely crippling and traumatic space as we have underutilized our resources and privileges- if we even know we have access to them. Along with my well established “kohostess kweens”, a near two-hour long discussion, turned debate is presented that dives deep into topics such as political literacy, the importance of creativity, multiple streams of income, mental freedom and activism! Although we focus on the current effectiveness, affordability, and accessibility of institutionalized “education” as we know it, we foresee and speak about the futuristic potential that our generation will step into in terms of our earning potential and capacity to learn and teach in more diverse and conscious ways and spaces. As we continue to educate ourselves, use this podcast as a resource and enjoy a spiritual yet practical approach to your own mental liberation! ✨

In our very first episode, hostess Kiersten Kerr and ko-host Christina Fergiste explore the ideas surrounding healthy father-daughter relationships, boundaries, and activities. This konversation was ignited by the bold public comments and confrontations made by American rapper, actor, songwriter, producer, entrepreneur, record executive, and author, Clifford "T.I" Harris Jr, as he attempted to protect his daughter's sexual innocence. Following T.I's revealing gynecologist visit, the Harris family gathered much public backlash. Kiersten was inspired to share a message of vulnerable mindfulness based on her own strained father-daughter dynamic in order to start important konversations within the online kommunity geared at shifting focus on ourselves and our own healing. Celebrities often share their lives, careers, and experiences, and the public often fails to see their mistakes and steps as perfectly imperfect human tendencies that we are fortunate to observe and learn from. We want to take this opportunity to heal from difficult generational trauma in the home space that often starts out small but tends to grow into more pressing issues within society. Understanding the key elements of seeing the positive in every situation and using lessons as stepping stones upon which we can begin to build a solid foundation for our generation and the ones to come! Thank you for listening!
