Celebrating life, perspective, and humanity is usually the short version of how I explain this podcast. However, the roots of the podcast run deep. The road wasn't easy, but it was needed.  The birth of our daughter Verabeth, devastating depression/anxiety, and a cancer diagnosis all happened within a seven month period in 2018-2019.
