Jill served on the east coast as an officer in the prison system. She was inspired to come forward after listening to Episode 8 with Officer Becki. She shares about what her career was like, relationships amongst coworkers, the treatment of inmates, and the staff culture. There are many things she sees more clearly now that she is out, and she has a lot to say about it.
