6 stars if at all possible!
This podcast is so rich with valuable content and is highly applicable for anyone involved in martial arts and for life beyond the dojo. As a karate parent who is also an adult karate student (in the 29 and over crowd) and an entrepreneur in my life outside of martial arts, I am really floored by how much the content presented is meaningful in all aspects of my life. Coach V and Coach David have a great dialogue that is thoroughly enjoyable! As an avid listener of podcasts, this one is a clear standout. Kudos to Coach V and Coach David! My only regret is that I didn’t start listening sooner!

Not just talking about Karate, but important life lessons
When it comes to The Kaizen Karate Podcast, it’s just not talking only about Karate & the martial arts. That’s one part of the aspect. Hosts Coach V and Coach David are also talking about the real life solid foundations which is not only applicable to martial arts and martial arts training, but everyday life. How they do their podcasts is the same way how they teach their students in class. If that is any reflection, then you know that this podcast and their hosts are true ambassadors of the martial arts and how they are they are the embodiment of that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s not just something that they do, it’s who they are and it’s their lifestyle!
A great podcast! I’d highly recommend it. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, then this podcast would get 10 stars!

Thoughtful and Compassionate
Regardless of the topic, Coach V brings a steady measure of thoughtfulness and compassion to every conversation. I find his karate (and moral) philosophy to be consistent, kind and wise, and I look forward to hearing more from him in the future!
