Meet Kasia 'Kafis' Zielińska - Senior Concept Artist at Techland and Magic: The Gathering Illustrator.
Ok, you haven't tuned in by this point?
Listen to a bit lengthy, but worth playing conversation I had with Kasia about how she scored her dream job at Techland, where did she search for the inspiration to design devastated lands of zombies' dominance, the importance of persistence, and projects' diversification in creative roles, and why screaming is good (sometimes).

Aleksandra Rutkowska is a Technical Artist at PUBG, how cool is that?! Well, I didn't know how until I spoke to Aleksandra. Why? Because the Technical Artist role was a mystery and a total contradiction. Is TA an Artis or Engineer?
Fortunately, I had a pleasure of talking to this beautiful mind, who, let me tell it loud and clear - one day will be a rockstar of her industry and is one of the top talents I have ever met.
Join us to find out what are the differences between Technical artist and a technical Artist, why is it probably the most diplomatic role in the industry, but also super vulnerable to burnout (Ola shares her story with a few tips on what to do to overcome it), and... how to talk to the duck.

Say hello to Natalia Martinsson, Killmonday Games Game Designer and CEO. Her passions are art, storytelling, and brains! With no prior experience in gaming, Natalia and her husband had created a studio that by far have released two games Fran Bow and Little Misfortune - both with thousands of overwhelmingly positive Steam reviews.
If that hasn't convinced you yet to tune it her main goal while creating the game is to use storytelling as a way to guide the games they create with a deeper meaning; awareness of emotions and emotional intelligence.
Listen to our conversation on the importance of designing for emotion, use games as a tool to cope with traumatic experiences, mental health, but also building a successful gaming studio with no idea about the industry - this episode is a true definition of ' If you can dream it you can do it''.
