Over the years the word anxiety has been thrown around loosely. The stigma of mental illness continues to be an issue in or world. Often times, it has prevented people from reaching out for help.

This episode talks about promises that were made to the children and quickly broken. These promises are designed to manipulate the victim, get them excited about something, and then let them down.

During a recent conversation with Gina and Jordan, we started to reflect on how we all lived in the same house, at one point, and have all left that same house. Those house was witness to some great memories, and some dark memories.. I couldn't help but wonder what it would say if it had a voice.
