It's not as bad for you as people hear about all the time...
It's like anything else in life where if you have too much of anything it can turn into a bad thing...
if you eat it in moderation then you will be fine...
There is actually a time where sugar is good to eat when you need energy quickly....

Why is it so many people know how to lose weight but still don't do it?
I talk to people that are suffering from many different types of health issues and they are doing a ton of research on ways to treat the symptoms...
They read books, watch documentaries and buy supplements...
When I tell them the source of the problem is due to them being overweight they tell me, "oh...yeah...I know that"...
But they never do it!
The reason they don't do it is because they only have a very broad idea of how to do it but don't understand the details...
Otherwise they would do it because it really is easy and actually more enjoyable from the way they are currently living...
They are just so use to doing things the way they have always done it that they don't want to change...
Or...maybe they followed so bad advice in the past and think that it doesn't work for them...
Or...They have some false beliefs about weight loss and think that it is something that it is not...
Regardless...they need to find someone that truly understands weight loss to guide them...
They need an easy to follow plan that they can implement right into their already busy life...
