Intentional We is hosted and produced by Wing Bui, founder of Wellness with Wing, LLC, a mental health consultant, licensed therapist and social worker, and spirit led human. This podcast aims to bridge connections in a world that tries to keep us collectively segregated and alone. I will share solo and community-wide reflections on how we can flow with, practice, decolonize, spiritualize, and radicalize wellness and healing in our lives. Intentional We was inspired by the people I hold near and dear, those I've crossed paths with in life, work and travels over the past two decades, and those I intend to foster deeper connections with. When we show up in intentional, brave and vulnerable space, healing can happen, together.
