What’s the problem with your podcast?
Hi Josh, The problem with your podcast is that I have to listen to it twice! Why? I listen to your podcast during my early morning jog and find that my morning exercise, which usually take about an hour, is now taking me much longer. Because I have to stop, rewind and take notes on my phone. I’m certainly not an elite athlete, but I’m not used to seeing an 18 minute mile pace on my fitness tracker. So I’ll go home and listen again in order to jot down key takeaways. What a great problem to have: listening to your informative podcast twice. As a relative newcomer to sales, I’m always seeking ways to elevate my performance in order to compete on a higher playing field. The expertise of your featured guests (they’re all brilliant) and the gems you have shared have been inspiring. I’ve already started to incorporate some of those gems into my daily activities. Good content, sound quality hard to stomach
I have listened to a couple now. Pretty good content and good guests - but the host sounds like he’s yelling / spitting into the microphone quite often and it’s hard on the ears. A small tweak/improvement there would go a long way!

Josh has a real knack for teaching, extracting his guests’ expertise and breaking down the emotional intelligence skills — vulnerability, empathy, humor, caring— that are crucial to mastering sales.

Not sure how he does it but Josh seems to raise the bar every episode. Drawing out bits of gold from guests or dropping knowledge himself, Josh delivers. If you listen, bring a notebook. Must listen for anyone looking to helps clients.

Outstanding resource for B2B sales leaders
If you're in B2B marketing/sales (like me), you're always looking for resources with real examples of how to improve the performance of the org. At my company, we always have ideas about how to: 1. do better prospecting 2. handle objections more elegantly 3. attract agents who actually produce ...but those ideas usually just sit in a Google doc and don't go anywhere :( Since listening to this podcast, I've found renewed motivation to focus on the basics. The podcast host asks great questions, talks to great people, and uncovers real sales insights I can actually apply. Was excited to find out the podcast is hosted by SalesDNA - I've heard great things about their sales trainings!
