Erotica, sexuality, orgasms, monogamy, daddy issues, slut shame and, of course... our childhood wounds.
“Men don’t want to marry the whore.”
Welcome loves! On this week’s episode of In My Truth with Sarah Riegelhuth, we’re chatting with my friend Savannah Freemayer. We met for the first time in person in Tulum through the Aubrey Marcus Fit For Service Fellowship, and I’m very excited to have Savannah on the line.
Savannah is an integrated and wellness life coach, using massage therapy, reiki and yoga as a holistic approach to treating mind, body and spirit. Her purpose and mission revolves around discovering our personal sovereignty, and the best way she has found this is through the creative power of our sexuality.
Throughout both of our lives, we’ve had a lot of shame around sexuality, and in this conversation we really dive into sex and our sexual evolutions. We talk erotic stories, orgasms, monogamy, daddy issues, slut shaming, and of course: our childhood wounds.

Join Sarah Riegelhuth and Savannah Freemayer in this episode of In My Truth as they talk about sexuality as a medium for creation, how our anxieties play out in our sexual fantasy, how our childhood wounds play out in our sexuality more generally, sexual shame, daddy issues and perfectionism (and that’s just in the first ten minutes!)

Disclaimer: What we talk about on In My Truth tends to be very raw and can be triggering. In this episode we dive into all things sex and sexuality, including masturbation, losing our virginity, traumatic sexual experiences and slut shaming, among other things.
Resources for support and help are included at the end of show notes - scroll down for more information.

“Whoever invented the waterproof, submergible vibrators is a god! Or goddess!”
Once again, we’re exploring feelings of shame in this episode. This time it revolves around our sexualities and slut shaming. Where have you felt shame in your life around sex?
-
“I was 19 and I was a pole dancer, and that’s when I really discovered the power of women’s sexuality and women’s bodies.”
Savannah and Sarah also share the stories they’re telling themselves around:

- Being punished for not being good enough
- Feeling slut shame as a teen
- How we approach sex in relationships
- Lack of libido in relationships
- Reconciling being sexual and feeling that sex is bad
