Karen and Steve are joined by Dr. Meera Deo, author of "Unequal Profession: Race and Gender in Legal Academia," for a wide-ranging discussion about diversity in the legal academy (and the legal profession writ large), what we're doing very wrong, and some potential (and hopefully uncontroversial) areas for reform, along with some of the unique challenges of parenting during COVID.
