Kara, I knew from the first time I talked to you that you had a tender, sweet, caring spirit. I love what you’re doing. This first podcast is exactly what I needed to hear. I keep hearing the lie, “it’s already been said” and “you’re not enough”. I am shaking off those lies but they keep creeping back in.
