Beautiful!
I have never listened to ANYTHING I could identify more with as a woman living with severe depression and anxiety. Rachel puts words to feelings I’m only beginning to understand and certainly have never be able to verbalize. Rachel, as you tell your story I constantly find myself thinking “I know what she’s feeling. I’ve felt those feelings. Those are my feelings!” Thank you so much for sharing your journey and I hope you keep on sharing.

Life Stories that Save Lives while Entertaining
Reverend Rachel once saved a woman’s life by listening and literally talking her down off a ledge. She didn’t know the woman in the motel room next door. Yet she saved her. This is only one of the compelling true stories she tells us in the most riveting and entertaining way. Yes, she is a funny, as well as an honest, kind human whose own life was in the balance once, and who uses every gift that depression (“the worst roommate ever”) has given her to talk us all off our various ledges, real or virtual. Every human on earth can benefit by her rich, insightful and wise recounting of a life full of pitfalls and joys. I highly recommend it.
