In this episode, I talk in depth about the anatomical compositions of each of the three categories of fascia. (These categories are superficial fascia, deep fascia, and subserous fascia.) I also discuss the different functions these fascial layers. Intermuscular septas within muscles, the retinacula supporting tendons, and emotional fascial memory, are covered as well. On the topic of subserous fascia, I describe the organization of visceral and parietal fascial layers that surround organs.
