This is the audio from an Instagram live video from April 10th, 2021.

The 'meat' of the episode is discussing how people can do extensive research when looking for a car, negotiating the sale/purchase of a home, checking reviews for electronic appliances, etc, but very little thought, planning, research is done with the food that we eat.

Put at least as much thought in the food you eat as the clothes you wear. There should be much more preparation than that but it's a start.

Afterwards, I talk some about changes to the website made back in April. It's since changed at least a couple of times.

Note: I mention at least a couple of times during this episode that 'I'm going' to record an episode on the topic. After listening to what I covered, I didn't think it was necessary to do so. Hence, using the audio from the April live video.
