"Hey! Can we talk?" This was an expression that my professor used when he wanted us to check-in with ourselves. He prompted us to *pause* from the chaos of thinking, and reflect on what we are experiencing.I've taken it with me since. This Podcast is an iteration of that phrase. I love business, people, and personal development. Honestly... I can get a little obsessed with becoming better each day, and if I'm not careful, that leads to burnout. UGH.
