Learn the 5 mistakes I made when first starting to grow and scale my business in my first year.  I hope this will help prevent you from doing the same.  Part of growing in leadership is learning how to protect and nurture the culture that you want to create in your business and getting the right person in the right seat is essential for growth.  Clearly defining the role you need for the positions you are looking for and having an exit strategy will set you both up for success.  Don’t let the fear of leadership prevent you from starting.
