Santosh Salvi, the CEO and Founder of Unique System Skills, grew his company's revenue from $1.5 million in 2014 to $2.7 million in 2017, an 81% increase, and to around $2.9 million in 2018.  

Unique System Skills is a global IT service, staffing and training provider.  

In this interview with Eversprint's Malcolm Lui, Santosh shares how he and his team accelerated their high value sales by:

• Building his personal connections with no business agenda of any sort, as he found people will reciprocate in kind.
