In this week's episode my special guest, Mary Ruddick, talks about how she healed herself from a debilitating disease through nutrition alone. She takes us on her twelve year journey of finding answers when no mainstream doctors could help her.
She now carries on the work of Dr. Weston A. Price and travels the world studying indigenous cultures untouched by industrialization. Like doctor Price she has found these people in perfect health and has gone on to implement these principles in her life and with her clients.

What an incredible story of how an ordinary person can do extraordinary things. Sometimes we just have to step out in our truth and be brave. We often look at the big picture of any undertaking and it discourages us from starting. But that's just what you have to do, START.
My special guest, Hilary Boynton, and I talk about what she did at her kid's school and how she completely changed the lunch program. We talk about steps you can take in your own home to improve your health and the health of your children.

It was not an over night process, but through taking responsibility for my health, researching, and working with experienced practitioners; I was able to regain my health and completely overcome a debilitating syndrome.
What you put in and on your body, how you fuel it each day, and what you expose yourself to environmentally, will play a major role in whether your body will reward you with good health or communicate to you through disease.

In today's society, especially over the last few months, we are dealing with cancel culture. People are harassing and shaming those they do not deem "right", and in essence they are silencing them.
We are divided more than ever. Arguing to prove who is right and who is wrong is a part of our daily lives. It is feeding our division and leading to anger and violence. By only allowing yourself to hear and see information that feeds your personal narrative, you are denying yourself the ability to gain knowledge and have empathy for others.
I want to encourage you in this week's episode to let go of your personal agendas. Stop trying to label and silence people just because they don't agree with you. Knowledge is power! We can only gain knowledge by doing our own research. Don't allow the catchy headlines and one sided stories of our mainstream media dictate your ideology.

"You are eating but literally starving to death..."
Imagine that is what is happening in a good majority of us living in today's world. Our food is nutrient deficient and dead. Living on processed convenient foods and foods that are grown in dead soil does not allow us to absorb the nutrients we need to feed our body's, promote health, and prevent disease.
This week I am talking with Naturopathic doctor, Don Hungerford. We are talking all about Supplements. Do they work? How do they work? Which ones are best to take?
Dr. Don can be reached on his cell at: 5094139872
