As a little girl, my wife had what was called, back then, "a lazy eye." Luckily, surgery fixed that. However, my daughter was not that lucky. In her 30s, she had a terrible fall onto the back of her head and suffered a traumatic brain injury. After 6 years, although she is not yet 100%, she is so grateful to people like Denise Allen who emphasize visual quality of life CAN improve. People with vision problems can be helped and their situation is not hopeless! Thank you, Denise, for your wonderful podcast.
