Kat Ruiz has been teaching yoga, meditation and breathwork for over 13 years. After she received her Master’s in Education in 2008 from NYU and then her yoga teaching certification, she has gone on to teach in New York City public schools and share mindfulness practices with all levels and all ages of the communities of New York City and Montauk, New York.
She now makes sessions available to some of New York City’s top companies, helping employees stay sane and grounded.
