Effective natural alternative
I like the sleep meditations and hypnosis apps, but I love Nap Meditations. It’s the best way to catch a quick recharge. The sessions are just the right amount of time. Long enough to get some rest. But it doesn’t let me fall into a deep sleep. . This app solves the problem I’ve always had trying to take a nap. The meditation keeps my mind slightly alert but calm. So I don’t drift off into REM sleep in the middle of the day. And it doesn’t require any medication which would also leave me feeling groggy for the rest of my day.

Amazing and so refreshing
I started off with sleep meditations, but these nap meditations are even better. The creator knows exactly how to knock me out and wake me up on time. It’s truly what I need whenever I’m feeling tired and timebound. Thank you so much for creating these.
It seems the freebie version has more meditations than the premium version. Would like more of them please!

Where did all the episodes go? I loved taking a nap and being woken up softly by these medications but I only have access to 2 episodes now.

10 min Power Nap
I’ve long loved Tracks to Relax but these nap meditations are great too. So often I wake up from a nap and feel groggy. The 10 min Power Nap meditation and the others here are so rejuvenating. The creator counts in and then back out, leaving you feeling fresh and rested when you awake

This podcast works!!! I listen almost everyday while I wait for my daughter. I have a horrible time sleeping at night, so I listen to this and catch a nap. I usually listen to 30+minute ones. Sleep like a champ lol. Seriously, so glad I found this!!!

I just found tracks to relax and I really enjoy it very much! I’m wondering if we could have some episodes that don’t bring us back to alertness at the end. It would be nice to continue with relaxed until my body decided to come back all on my own without the verbal prompts. Thank you so much
