Grief Guidance was born out of a place of desperation. In 2020 at the age of 26, Kristen lost her father to lung cancer and then just nine short days later lost her best friend to suicide. After searching for a place for her voice to be heard and emotions to be seen she came up empty handed. This show was her solution to that search.
