In this episode I talk about the ways in which I prepared myself for the one year anniversary of my dads death. A Death Anniversary can be extremely difficult time and filled with a lot of emotions. So in this episode I laid out what I did to help prepare myself for the day and how I believe it helped give me a strong foundation to go into the anniversary of his death strong.

My 1st Anniversary of my Dad’s Death
