In this debut episode of Grief Guidance I give you some insight into my life and my fathers passing. You learn about my relationship with my father and some details surrounding his death. Trigger warning I do briefly touch upon the death of my best friend via suicide at the end of the episode. This is part 1 of 2 of the intro episode to the podcast. Grief Guidance was born out of a place of desperation. In 2020 at the age of 26, Kristen lost her father to lung cancer and then just nine short days later lost her best friend to suicide. After searching for a place for her voice to be heard and emotions to be seen she came up empty handed. This show was her solution to that search. It will allow you to hear others stories about their grief and how they are handling it. It will give listeners who are grieving a support they never knew they needed. You will hear from Kristen about her experience and interviews with others about their grief.
