Cheyne and Luis discuss Luis' recent trip to the South, Nashville. After returning from Nashville, Luis suffers a small injury which leads to a bigger issue. He drops a weight on his toe which leads an ingrown toe nail, which leads to an infection. This experience is very humbling because something as small as an infected big toe nail can really slow you down both mentally and physically. When encountered with this situation you have to ask yourself the benefits or hazards of working out at the same level. Another factor, while recovering, do you change your nutrition? Also discussed in current events is the new female world record for deadlifting. Super impressive numbers by a super impressive athlete.
