Today we’re talking about something that could be getting in the way of you being able to stay committed to your health and wellness goals, and it’s probably not what you think it is!

If we are unable to look at our life with  a decent amount of  clarity, that is going to affect how you show up.

I learned that this clarity is affected by what I believe about myself. And  how I act when it comes to achieving my goals is directly related to what I believe about myself.

This begs the question, what do you actually believe about yourself?
